Книга Елены Чекаловой и Гелии Делеринс «Мировая кухня» на Международном конкурсе Gourmand World Cookbook Awards победила в двух категориях:
Лучшая иностранная книга (авторы признаны победителями от России) и
Лучшая книга телеведущего (также от России).
По первой категории Лена и Геля представлены Францией на премию «Лучшая кулинарная книга мира», а по второй — на премию «Лучшая кулинарная книга Европы»

The winner in each country will compete against winners in the same category in other countries for The Best in the World. The results will be announced on Saturday February 23, 2013 at the annual Awards event. It will take place in Paris at Le Carrousel du Louvre, under the Pyramid of the Louvre Museum, at 20.00H, during Paris Cookbook Fair, February 2013, at the same place.
The Awards event will be in the theater by tables of 8, with food and drink delicacies, such as chocolate, foie-gras, fancy breads, champagne, wines, non alcoholic drinks and water.
